Adult, Teen Duo Charged In Robberies In Westchester: Police Still Investigating

Both an adult and a teenage boy were charged in connection to multiple robberies in Westchester, police said.

The two incidents happened in the West End of New Rochelle on both Tuesday, Feb. 28, and Monday, Jan. 16, according to New Rochelle Police. 

On Tuesday, March 7, authorities arrested a 16-year-old boy from New Rochelle who had allegedly been involved in the Feb. 28 robbery. 

Later that day, around 6 p.m., detectives then arrested 18-year-old Brandon Scott of New Rochelle in connection with both the Feb. 28 and Jan. 16 robberies. 

The 16-year-old is charged with second-degree robbery, while Scott is charged with first-degree robbery. 

More details about the incidents were not released by police, who said that the investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information about the robberies is asked to call New Rochelle Police at 914-654-2300.
